The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the school's teaching and learning strategies, leading professional development for staff, championing innovative classroom practices, and monitoring their impact on student outcomes. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure consistently outstanding educational provision.
We are looking for a leader with a proven track record of improving teaching standards, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of effective pedagogy. Prior leadership experience is essential, along with QTS. This leadership role is on the Leadership pay scale for the Fringe area.
