Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and sustain an effective, school-wide system for SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) and Inclusion.
  • Guide teachers in identifying the needs of learners and developing support plans to promote effective engagement.
  • Assist colleagues in delivering a high-quality learning experience by incorporating diverse teaching and learning strategies.

  • Experienced educator
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Passion for delivering outstanding teaching and improving outcomes for all children
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Previous leadership experience in a primary school setting (desirable but not essential)
  • DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
