We are thrilled to announce the opening of our new Nike store in Liverpool later this year, and we are looking for an Assistant Head Coach (Assistant Store Manager) in our Selling and Service function. You will work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, guiding customers to make the best decisions for them. Your role will focus on driving performance excellence and developing your team to prioritize customer service and achieve success ethically.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

As an Assistant Head Coach, you will:

• Collaborate with the Head Coach to create a unique shopping experience and deliver exceptional service.
• Coordinate, support, and lead a diverse team, ensuring a positive work environment through recruitment, development, and performance management.
• Implement processes and tools to meet sales targets, optimize services, and improve customer satisfaction, efficiency, and productivity.
• Oversee various departments such as Apparel and Footwear.
• Support the Head Coach in implementing NIKE’s store strategy, focusing on product knowledge and elevated services.
• Provide insights on store activities, local marketplace trends, and consumer behavior.
• Ensure compliance with all NIKE standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members across stores in Australia, New Zealand, and headquarters in Melbourne.
