We are excited to announce the opening of our new Nike store in Liverpool later this year. We are seeking an Assistant Head Coach (Assistant Store Manager) in our Selling and Service team. You will thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, guiding customers with your diverse experience and perspective. Your role will focus on driving performance excellence, developing your team, and delivering outstanding customer service.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

As an Assistant Head Coach, you will:

• Collaborate with the Head Coach to create a unique shopping experience and deliver exceptional service.
• Support, coordinate, and lead a diverse team, fostering an excellent work environment through recruitment, development, and performance management.
• Implement processes and tools to meet sales targets, optimize services, and improve consumer satisfaction, efficiency, and productivity.
• Oversee various departments such as Apparel and Footwear.
• Assist the Head Coach in executing NIKE’s store strategy, focusing on product knowledge and elevated services.
• Provide insights on store activities, local marketplace trends, and consumer behavior.
• Ensure compliance with all NIKE standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members across stores in Australia, New Zealand, and our headquarters in Melbourne.
