The Store Manager role is pivotal, overseeing store sales, profitability, customer service, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Recruitment, induction, and training of staff in line with Subway standards, leading by example.
• Creating and managing staff schedules.
• Checking deliveries, matching orders, and handling daily banking.
• Preparing stock and sales paperwork, employee pay, and timesheets.
• Managing cash balances and reducing wastage.
• Ensuring 100% compliance with Subway and local regulations.
• Conducting inventory management and stock control, including weekly stock takes and reporting.
• Analyzing weekly sales and inventory reports to drive business improvements.
• Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation.
• Implementing in-store marketing materials and point-of-purchase displays.
• Following safety procedures to prevent injuries.
• Providing a safe environment for staff and customers.
• Promoting high levels of customer service among staff.
• Handling escalated customer complaints effectively.
• Delivering excellent service in product handling, sales, and catering to customer needs.
