Block P is the UK’s first and only independent Nike Air Max 95 reselling store. Over the past three years, we have built a unique business that sits at the intersection of streetwear culture, customer experience, and entrepreneurial drive. We are now entering the next phase of our growth and are seeking a Store Manager to play a pivotal role in that journey.

This is a critical position in our organisation. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations within our flagship Liverpool store - helping us continually improve how we operate. You will report directly to the business leadership and work closely with ownership to ensure the store is run efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with our long-term vision.

Location: In-Store, Liverpool

Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 9.30am – 6:30pm

Salary: Competitive

This is a critical position in our organisation. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations within our flagship Liverpool store - helping us continually improve how we operate. You will report directly to the business leadership and work closely with ownership to ensure the store is run efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with our long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficiency across all functions
• Ensure an outstanding in-store customer experience, aligned with the Block P brand values
• Implement and optimise operational systems and store processes
• Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and fulfil online orders
• Messaging our customers via Instagram DMs
• Drafting any new shoes that will need uploading

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in retail or store management, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational skills and operational acumen
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing small teams
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Passion for sneakers, streetwear, or youth culture is highly preferred
• A proactive, hands-on individual who is adaptable and thrives in entrepreneurial environments
