Job summary

PureGym Ltd. is hiring an Assistant Gym Manager in the UK. You will work with the Gym Manager to deliver outstanding member experiences, lead a team of Personal Trainers and Gym Instructors, and drive community engagement and outreach to attract new members.

You will oversee staff development, provide ongoing training, and enhance Group Exercise offerings, ensuring high service standards across the club.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in gym setting.
• Experience teaching group exercise.
• Ability to develop and manage a team of fitness staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent member experience through service and standards with the Gym Manager.
• Support the Gym Manager to attract new joiners via clubs, outreach and events.
• Recruit, train and supervise Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches and Gym Instructors; foster a positive work environment.
• Provide ongoing training and professional development for fitness staff.
• Group Exercise: manage and improve the GEX offering in the gym.
