PureGym Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Gym Manager for our UK network. The role covers financial oversight, people development and performance improvement while maintaining a safe and compliant environment.

You will lead a team of Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches and an Assistant Manager to deliver outstanding member experiences. Applicants should have prior management experience in fitness, a passion for wellbeing, and a Level 2 gym instructing qualification.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a gym or fitness setting.
• Experience managing budgets, financial reporting and inventory.

• Drive the performance of your gym by setting action plans and ensuring a safe, legal environment.
• Foster a positive, motivating work environment.
