PureGym in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Gym Manager to lead a team of fitness professionals and enhance member experience. You will support the Gym Manager in delivering high-quality service and developing staff skills while promoting the PureGym brand and values.

The role focuses on team leadership, staff training, and creating a welcoming, results-driven environment for members and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• L2 qualification in gym instructing and experience teaching group exercise.
• Passion for fitness and wellbeing.
• Demonstrates the 'Feel PureGym Good' ethos and professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent member experience in the club alongside the Gym Manager.
• Support the Gym Manager to attract new joiners through outreach and events.
• Lead and develop a team of fitness staff, coaching and supervising Personal Trainers and Gym Instructors.
