PureGym is seeking an experienced Gym Manager in the UK to lead a high-performing team and drive outstanding member experiences. You will be responsible for budgets, financial reporting and inventory, while developing staff and delivering first-rate fitness services.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience and a passion for fitness and wellbeing.
• Embodies the mantra 'Feel PureGym good' in all that they do.
• Able to support people reach their full potential.
• Comfortable with budgets, financial reporting and inventory management.
• Desire to drive results with resilience, confidence and integrity.
• L2 gym instructing qualification with group exercise teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive gym performance by detailed planning, action plans and safe, legal operations.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
• Build and coach an engaged team of Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches and an Assistant Gym Manager.
• Recruit trainers and fitness coaches, and attract new talent.
• Deliver excellent member experience through service and standards.
• Manage and improve Group Exercise (GEX) offering within the gym.
