Assistant Manager | QSR Brand | Central London | Up to £34,000

Salary: Up to £34,000

Contract: 40 hours per week

I'm recruiting for an experienced Assistant Manager to join an established and growing multi-site QSR brand in Central London.

This is a great opportunity for a strong Assistant Manager or experienced Supervisor looking to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced, high-volume food and hospitality environment.

Working closely with the General Manager, you will help lead the day-to-day operation of a busy site, support the team on shift and play a key role in maintaining high standards across people, service, food quality and operational performance.

The Role

As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the site
• Leading and motivating the team during busy trading periods
• Coaching and developing team members to improve performance
• Helping to create a positive, people-focused working culture
• Supporting sales, labour, stock, waste and key operational KPIs
• Maintaining high standards across food quality, service and customer experience
• Ensuring food safety, health & safety and compliance standards are consistently met
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training
• Managing shifts effectively and ensuring smooth operational delivery
• Stepping up to lead the site in the General Manager's absence

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with management or supervisory experience within a high-volume hospitality environment.

Experience within QSR, fast casual, food-to-go, grab & go, café or similar branded operations would be highly advantageous.
