Livelyhood Venues is a London hospitality operator seeking an Assistant General Manager to support General Managers across busy pubs. You’ll lead teams, uphold high standards and drive guest satisfaction every day.
You’ll manage operations, develop staff, and step in as acting GM when needed. We offer a competitive salary, 45-hour weeks, staff discounts, and progression toward GM opportunities.

As Assistant General Manager, you’ll help run operations, lead the team, and step in to cover the GM when needed. You’ll ensure the pub runs smoothly, maintain high standards and drive results.

You’ll find us in Crystal Palace (The Faber Fox), Balham (The Regen t), Wimbledon (The Old Frizzle), Clapham South (The Perky Nel), Bromley South (The Artful Duke) Elephant and Castle (The Rosy Hue) and Wanstead (The Bull).
