Job summary

White Bear is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead our pub team with a passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service. You will drive day-to-day operations, coach staff, and ensure the highest standards of service and quality food. A hands-on leader who thrives in a busy, guest-facing environment will excel here.

You will be responsible for training, scheduling, and maintaining standards across service periods, while contributing to the pub's continued success and development of your team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a hospitality or pub setting.
• Strong customer service focus with guest satisfaction as a priority.
• Ambition to develop staff through coaching and training.
• Proactive approach to managing peak service times and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily front-of-house operations as Assistant Manager.
