Livelyhood Group, a proud independent London operator, seeks an Experienced General Manager for its venues. The GM will run the site with ownership-style accountability, lead a motivated team, and drive profitability while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

We value partnership with marketing, suppliers and charity partners, with autonomy to innovate. Expect a busy, community-focused role in London with strong earning potential through bonus and tronc.

• You're an experienced General Manager who runs their site with passion- as if they own it.
• You're committed to people - that's guests, your team, suppliers and charity partners
• You're inspired by self accountability, full P & L ownership and delivery of a successful pub to be proud of, with community and neighbourhood hospitality at it's very heart.
• You'll want to take part in regular conversations - we'll chat with you regularly about your business & hear your ideas for moving your site forward. There's loads of opportunity to have your voice and be the difference.
• The experience you have developed in turning a business around and/or generating revenue growth is absolutely key.
• You’ll also be experienced in improving financial performances through budget management & cost controls.
• You find enjoyment in delighting guests & thrive from putting a smile on our guests, our teams & our suppliers faces, driving from the front.
• You comfortably hold yourself accountable for the delivery of your role.
• You enjoy collaborating with the marketing team to discuss ideas, promote events, specials and initiatives to attract and retain guests.
• Previous experience working with sport and food whilst not essential, would also be highly advantageous.
• You never forget that Hospitality at its heart is fun!
