Mildreds Soho in London is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, inspire the team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced plant-based restaurant.

You will allocate tasks, coach staff, uphold health and safety standards, and drive excellent service from shifts to evenings. The role offers flexible working environment and opportunities for development within our vibrant, inclusive culture.
