Fooditude is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of our flagship sites in London. You will own operational delivery, drive exceptional customer experiences, and coach a 20-person front- and back-of-house team.

In this hands-on role, you’ll manage budgets, partner with clients, and shape service standards across breakfast, lunch, dinner and events. A strong track record in contract catering and a forward-looking approach are essential.

Fooditude is seeking an experienced, passionate General Manager to lead one of our flagship sites. This role brings people and operations together, with ownership for delivering exceptional standards.

Our General Manager will oversee a large, varied free-issue operation covering breakfast, lunch, dinner, events and customer experience—ensuring every service is seamless, welcoming and consistently brilliant.

Building a trusted client partnership will be central to the role. Our General Manager will understand the client’s priorities, turn ideas into action and continually find fresh ways to improve the experience and add value.

This is a busy, fast-paced environment requiring a hands-on leader who takes ownership and makes a real impact.

Our General Manager will lead, coach and develop a 20-person front- and back-of-house team, creating a positive culture where people feel supported, motivated and proud.

This is a Monday-to-Friday, 40-hour role. Shift times vary according to operational needs, so flexibility is required.

• Manage site budgets, including revenue, labour, food costs and operating expenses, to achieve financial targets.

• Use data to reduce waste and costs while improving efficiency, quality and the client experience.
