Côte Brasserie in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading a fast-paced team and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will oversee daily operations, drive service standards, manage rotas and costs, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Ideal candidates have supervisory restaurant experience, strong leadership, and a passion for hospitality, wine, and food.

The Role
