Job summary

wagamama is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead with empathy and energy in a fast-paced restaurant. You will work closely with the General Manager to deliver outstanding service, coach staff, and keep the team motivated during peak times.

You’ll drive continuous improvement, support development, and ensure every guest experiences great food and service. This role offers growth into a General Manager position within a dynamic, people-centric brand.
