Job summary

wagamama, a lively restaurant group, seeks an Assistant General Manager to partner with the GM and lead a fast-paced, high-performing team in London. You will drive service excellence, mentor staff, and maintain pace during busy periods, while building a culture that energises both guests and crew.

You’ll be expected to coach staff for growth, handle service challenges with composure, and continually seek small improvements that elevate daily performance.
