wagamama is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a full-time role in the UK. You will work alongside the General Manager to run a vibrant, high-performing restaurant and coach a team to feel seen, supported, and proud of their work.

You’ll jump into service, solve problems quickly, and keep energy high while applying a Kaizen mindset to continuously improve operations. This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced places where no two days are the same.
