wagamama ltd is seeking an Assistant General Manager (full-time) to collaborate with the General Manager in operating a vibrant, high-performing restaurant. You will support your team, foster a culture where people feel seen, and remain calm under pressure while guiding service with pace.

You will coach staff to grow beyond targets, bring Kaizen thinking to daily operations, and thrive in fast-paced days that vary. This role offers growth toward general management.
