Job summary

Nando’s UK & IRE is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead our team and deliver our PERi-PERi hospitality at the restaurant level. You will live and breathe the brand values, motivate staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences both in-restaurant and on delivery.

As a leader, you will drive development, maintain high standards, and foster a positive, energetic work environment while delivering results and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in hospitality environments.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and engage staff.
• Customer-obsessed with a passion for delivering great service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage restaurant operations on shift.
