Job summary

wagamama is looking for an Assistant General Manager to help run a lively, high-performing restaurant alongside the General Manager. You will support your team, stay calm under pressure, and drive service with pace and empathy.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll coach and develop staff, solve issues rapidly, and foster a Kaizen mindset to continually improve operations. This is a path to a broader leadership role within wagamama.
