Job summary

wagamama in Beaconsfield is seeking an assistant general manager to help run a vibrant, high-performing restaurant in partnership with the general manager. You will lead through calm leadership, coach your team to grow, and keep service fast and friendly in a busy environment.

You will bring empathy, energy, and a Kaizen mindset to daily operations, continuously seeking small improvements that uplift the whole team and guest experience.

• Experience leading teams in fast-paced hospitality environments.
