Job summary

JD Gyms Rugby is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily club operations under the General Manager. You will lead a team of fitness coaches and general assistants, drive member satisfaction and assist in achieving membership and commercial goals.

The role requires proven leadership, a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification, and a drive to maximise revenue while maintaining high safety and service standards. On-site role at the Rugby club.

Working closely with the General Manager, you will help maintain high operational standards, support colleague development and contribute to achieving membership and commercial objectives.
