Job summary

wagamama is looking for an assistant general manager to bring calm in the chaos, lead with empathy, and help the team thrive in a fast-paced London restaurant. You’ll work closely with the general manager to keep service smooth, energised, and connected with guests.

You’ll coach, support, and develop your team, jumping into service to solve problems quickly and elevate daily performance. This full-time role offers growth and involvement across the brand.
