Job summary

Côte Brasserie is looking for an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in running daily restaurant operations. You will lead a dynamic front-of-house team, maintain service standards, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

You will oversee rotas, labour costs, and performance, working closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver smooth service. This is a fast-paced role in a renowned brasserie with opportunities for progression.

The Role
