Job summary

Côte Brasserie in Haywards Heath is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in running a busy French brasserie. You will lead front-of-house teams, uphold service standards, and help sustain exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll mentor staff, manage rotas and cost controls, collaborate with kitchen and bar, and address guest feedback promptly. The role offers a competitive hourly rate with tron, bonus opportunities, meals on duty, and clear paths for career

The Role
