Côte Brasserie in Welwyn Garden City is recruiting an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in delivering exceptional service and running a high-volume restaurant. You will lead the front-of-house team, drive standards, and help shape guest experiences in a busy, classic French brasserie environment.

You will develop your team, manage rotas and costs, partner with kitchen and bar colleagues, and uphold presentation, cleanliness and compliance while seizing opportunities for

The Role
