Job summary

Parogon Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the Boars Head in Nantwich. You will lead and develop teams in a vibrant, fast-paced restaurant, supporting the General Manager and Head Chef within the restaurant's Critical Triangle to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

In return, you will benefit from a strong package including a base salary up to £35,000, a 10% KPI-based bonus (£3,500), and a service charge around £8,700, giving a total potential package of about £47,200 per year.

• A starting salary up to £35,000
• 10% Bonus = £3,500 – Based on KPI’s that are achievable and impactful
• Service charge that works out to about £8,700
