Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a busy restaurant team in the United Kingdom. You will drive guest experiences, mentor staff, and uphold our brand standards across all shifts, both in-restaurant and in customer interactions.

The role offers a structured 3-month training plan from Day 1, a competitive bonus package, travel opportunities, and benefits including a pension scheme, with a focus on development and long-term career progression in a vibrant hospitality
