Job summary

Popeyes UK&I is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead from the front in our high-volume restaurant. You’ll partner with the GM to drive guest experience, food quality, speed of service and team performance.

You’ll coach and develop the team, manage P&L and costs, ensure HACCP and health & safety compliance, and build an inclusive, energized culture. This role offers a 10% bonus potential, career progression through Popeyes University, and generous holiday.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Experience leading results through teams, coaching, training and honest conversations.
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems.
