Job summary

Nando’s Limited is seeking an Assistant General Manager in the UK, with a strong leadership presence to guide the team and drive exceptional customer service. The role involves managing shifts, nurturing talent, and maintaining brand standards across the restaurant.

You will be customer-obsessed, energetic and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while delivering the famous PERi-PERi experience at every touchpoint.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience and bucket-loads of energy to inspire and motivate.
• Customer-obsessed approach with passion for people, food and hospitality.
• Ability to drive development of your team and spot future talent for managers.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team and uphold Nando’s service standards on shift.
• Motivate staff, manage day-to-day operations and deliver great PERi-PERi experiences.
• Ensure the customer journey is consistent across channels and visits.
