Job summary

David-Lloyd-Club is seeking an Assistant General Manager in the United Kingdom to lead and operate a premium health and wellness club. You will work closely with the General Manager to implement strategies, drive targets, and enhance member experience, while ensuring safe, compliant daily operations seven days a week.

The role emphasizes people-centric leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to members and families across the club network.

Qualifications

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate a DL Club to deliver an excellent member experience every day, 7 days a week.
• Work with the General Manager to implement strategies to drive club targets and member experience.
• Ensure day-to-day health & safety and compliance with regulations for everyone in the club.
