Valor Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to drive standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will lead the Front Office team, building a high performing unit and setting clear targets.
The role requires energy, innovation and the ability to respond quickly to various guest scenarios. We operate 7 days a week; you may work evenings or weekends with contract hours discussed at interview.
We are looking for a Assistant Front Office Manager with a proven track record of driving standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This may be in a supervisor role or in Reception Manager role.
The successful candidate will lead with purpose and vison using their commercial expertise to drive standards in the hotel. You need to be innovative and reactive to your response to a range of situations.
Monitoring guest satisfaction and setting departmental targets and objectives will be high on the agenda.
The Assistant Front Office Manager will be responsible for the Front office team. Building a high performing team across the division is what success looks like.
We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
