Harbour Hotels Group is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager with Bar & Events responsibilities. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting smooth operation of our Food & Beverage department across events and catering.

You will have strong bar knowledge, cocktail skills and a passion for outstanding service, with a minimum of two years in F&B, including supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in Food & Beverage with at least one year in a supervisory or assistant management role.
• Experience in weddings, private celebrations, parties, and events is desirable.

As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, with specific responsibility for Bar & Events, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our Food & Beverage department.

You will have good bar and beverage product knowledge, including cocktail-making skills, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service. A key focus of your role will be the successful delivery of weddings, private celebrations, parties and social gatherings, ensuring every occasion is memorable and delivered to the highest standards. You will have a minimum of two years' Food & Beverage experience, including at least one year in a supervisory or assistant management role, ideally within a quality hotel, restaurant or events environment. You will be highly organised, confident in leading and motivating a team, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment. Above all, you will be a hands-on, enthusiastic leader with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences. You will take pride in developing your team, driving sales and ensuring the successful delivery of every event, from intimate celebrations to larger weddings and functions.
