You will lead a hands-on team, bring cocktail expertise, coordinate weddings and celebrations, and drive sales while maintaining the high standards that Harbour Hotels is known for.

Qualifications

• You must have at least two years' F&B experience, including one year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in a quality hotel, restaurant or events environment is preferred.
• Hands-on leader with strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Bar & Events operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Coordinate weddings, private celebrations and functions from planning to delivery.
• Develop and mentor the F&B team, driving sales and ensuring smooth service during events.
