We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Food & Beverage Cost Controller to join us at The Londoner Hotel.

Overview:
  • Control and reconcile food and beverage costs in accordance with Edwardian Hotels London standards through analysis, requisitions, controls, margins, and sales targets.
  • Ensure orders are based on usage, stock turnover, and Cost of Sales Budgetary limits.
  • Ensure Food and Beverage invoices, delivery notes, requisition notes comply with procedures. Conduct quantity checks on all F & B goods received.
  • Assist the F&B Cost Controller with daily input of invoices, purchase orders, and requisition notes, producing management information for better decision-making.
About You:
  • Three years’ experience managing food and beverage stock units.
  • Proven management skills and personal achievement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with non-financial staff.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Client-focused approach.
  • IT literate.
