This will be on an initial 6-month contract, remote working with occasional travel to London.

We are recruiting for a PMO Analyst who can support the PMO Manager on a day-to-day basis, creating and promoting adherence to project management standards, policies, and agreed approaches.

Responsibilities include building program plans, tracking project budgets and progress, and analysing project data to identify areas for improvement. Using various tools, the analyst will help manage multiple work streams and deadlines to drive the program's success and ensure projects have a real impact.

Key duties:

  • Support the PMO Manager daily, ensuring compliance with project management standards and policies.
  • Provide quality assurance aligned with governance processes.
  • Assist in resource planning and onboarding.
  • Monitor reporting and support communication with the Program Director and Sponsors.
  • Manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID) and their resolution.
  • Ensure effective change control processes are followed.
  • Track budget, forecast, and actual spend, aligning with funding requests and available funds.
  • Collaborate with project managers and finance partners to manage budget variances.
  • Prepare financial reports.

Experience required:

  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • High adaptability and ability to multitask.
  • Experience in integrating project activities within divisional and group functions.
  • PMO management experience in corporate or retail environments.
  • Experience supporting portfolios in international or cross-cultural settings is advantageous.
