Role Overview

An Assistant Food and Beverage Manager supports the management of all Food and Beverage outlets to ensure excellent guest experiences, staff training, and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Food and Beverage operations
• Maintain high customer service standards
• Recruit, manage, and develop staff
• Conduct staff appraisals
• Handle guest queries efficiently
• Work within budgets
• Set departmental targets, work schedules, and policies
• Develop menus with the team
• Manage stock takes
• Motivate team to maximize sales
• Act as deputy for the Food and Beverage Manager

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in Food and Beverage management or supervision
• Knowledge of financial systems
