In this role, you’re a natural organiser who loves leading and motivating your team. As Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the hotel's daily operations.
You will work closely with all department managers on people management, finance, budgeting, sales, and revenue management. You will also manage the hotel in the absence of the General Manager. Your goal is to ensure guests receive exceptional hospitality, staff deliver service that exceeds guest expectations, and the guest experience is enhanced at every opportunity.
