The Assistant File Handler (AFH) will work with a Lead File Handler managing Hourly Rate Industrial Disease claims, including but not limited to NIHL, HAVS, CTS, WRULDs, as well as RTA claims involving Tinnitus, Acoustic Shock, Hearing Loss, BBPV, PPPD, Orthopaedic, Neurological, Psychological injuries, and other CIC cases. Responsibilities include pursuing case progression and resolution within the Complex Disease Litigation Department on fast and multi-track cases.
This list is not exhaustive. Working hours are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
