The NDA File Handler will work within a team of fraud specialists and legal support staff, managing a caseload of suspected fraud files related to RTAs, working closely with claims handlers without Delegated Authority.
The role involves collaboration with the Lead Lawyer to achieve optimal results in a commercially sound manner. It requires following defined processes, applying forensic and analytical skills to evidence, and maintaining high commercial awareness. Decision-making within set timeframes, aligned with case strategy and client interests, is crucial. Working hours are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with one unpaid lunch hour. The primary location is Bolton, Parklands Office, with a flexible attendance policy requiring at least one day in the office weekly.
