Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking an Operations Manager for The Stage in London to oversee day-to-day facilities management, including AFM line management, mechanical/electrical systems, security, reception, access control and help desk services. You will coordinate cleaning, waste, safety and environmental practices while supporting the GM with budgeting and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate management of multi-let properties for Investors or Corporate Occupiers or hotels.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and mechanical/electrical bias.
• Proven ability to manage service charge budgets and reconcile accounts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operational management of services within The Stage.
• Coordinate AFM line management and contractor performance.
• Oversee security, front-of-house, access control and help desk functions.
• Manage cleaning, waste, landscaping and environmental health measures.
• Ensure procurement aligns with the JLL program and maintain high safety standards.
• Provide regular reporting to the GM and maintain relationships with occupiers.
