Responsibilities

• Lead by example with a positive attitude, grooming and on-brand behavior across all venues.
• Assist the F&B Manager with team management, floor service, bartending, hosting and banqueting.
• Adhere to cleaning, sanitising and food hygiene standards and ensure safety compliance.
• Respond to guest inquiries, assist with reservations and group enquiries, and drive revenue opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all F&B areas at all times.
