Imperial London Hotels Group based at Holiday Inn Bloomsbury Hotel in Bloomsbury, London, seeks an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the F&B Manager and drive guest service on a 40-hour, five-days-a-week rota.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Head Bartender or Assistant Bar Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Personable and engaging with strong communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities under pressure.
• Natural leader with ability to motivate, develop and coach team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Bar services and beverages, ensuring smooth operations and meeting customer requirements.
• Liaise with F&B Manager and teams front and back of house on performance and updates.
• Receive and respond to customer feedback ensuring satisfaction and professional handling.
• Take responsibility for stock ordering and inventory for each outlet and ensure equipment is ready for service.
• Review daily sales and beverage costs and forecast future sales opportunities.
