Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in the UK is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to provide expert guidance on complex ER cases, working with HR colleagues and line managers to ensure fair, consistent outcomes in line with employment law and company policies.

You will manage disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance-related matters, coach managers on ER best practice, support investigations, hearings and appeals, ensure policy compliance and identify trends to proactively reduce

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dedicated Employee Relations role.
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Proven ability to manage a varied and complex ER caseload independently.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Balance a pragmatic commercial approach with compliance and best practice.
• CIPD qualification or working towards a qualification is desirable but not essential.

Your new role

As Employee Relations Specialist, you will provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of complex and high-volume employee relations cases. Working closely with HR colleagues and operational managers, you will ensure cases are managed fairly, consistently and in line with employment legislation and company policies.Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance-related cases.
• Providing coaching and guidance to managers on ER best practice.
• Supporting investigations, hearings and appeals.
