Qualifications

• No previous experience required; genuine passion for education.
• Willingness to complete induction and training including Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding.
• Opportunity to gain Level 2/Level 3 Early Years qualification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver learning through play with care and flair.
• Follow daily routine; transitions from meals to naps to play.
• Support planning of engaging, development-focused learning experiences.
• Assist with observations, assessments and planning for key children.
• Help supervise mealtimes following safety policies.
• Complete daily health and safety checks; escalate concerns.
• Build strong relationships with parents.
