N Family Club is hiring an Early Years Educator for our Barnet nursery. You’ll nurture curiosity, creativity and confidence in every child, bringing the N Curriculum to life through play, learning and meaningful connections.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an early years environment.
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and safeguarding knowledge.
• A genuine passion for education and changing lives of children.
• Confident communicator with a love for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum
• Support smooth daily routines - from mealtimes to naptimes
• Create and implement development-focused activity plans
• Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children
• Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families
• Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times
• Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice
• Be a positive role model - collaborate, motivate, and share your ideas

Education

Level 2 or above Early Years qualification

Paediatric First Aid (12 hours)

Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge
