London Borough of Redbridge Education and Inclusion Service is seeking qualified Educational Psychologists to support the statutory SEN work, including EHC needs assessments, across schools, family homes and council offices within Redbridge.

You will conduct face-to-face assessments, provide clear, evidence-based psychological advice, and collaborate with SEND teams, families and schools to identify strengths, needs and provision.

Qualifications

• Honours Degree in Psychology and HCPC-registered or eligible for registration.
• Master’s or Doctorate in Educational Psychology recognised by their professional bodies.
• Experience with children in educational settings and SEN contexts.

Responsabilités

• Undertake psychological assessments of children and young people as part of statutory SEN processes.
• Provide clear, evidence-based psychological advice to inform EHC Needs Assessments.
• Identify strengths, needs, outcomes and appropriate provision recommendations.
• Conduct visits to schools, educational settings and family homes across Redbridge.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with service procedures.
• Collaborate with the SEND Team, families, schools and other professionals.
• Ensure reports meet statutory deadlines and quality standards.
• Contribute to inclusive, child-centred practice to improve outcomes.
